Contrans Logistics truck driver drove into my car and now the boss does not care

This company's trucks drove into me. The driver and i opened up a case together and received a case number. I called the company the next day and spoke to the boss mr daya. He told me that he will send this matter to the insurance and will get back 2 me. It has been more than a month. He does not respond to my email and seems like he does not care.
