GP Contractors - unacceptable workmanship

GP Contractors - I too hired GP Contractors, it belongs to Dean Fernandes, his father Roy Fernandes has been contract last Oct 23, he claimed to be an expert in wall damp issues as well as painting. We are now in Feb 24 and one excuse after the next the work hasn't been completed but fully paid. Roy is unreliable and has constant excuses. I've had to resort to take the knock and have the work completed with another Contractor. This has caused thousands of rands wasted. Do not use this Contractor. They go by the name of Aquila too
