Non-existent services!!

I have sent a request to cancel my subscription with them on the 4th of August and have yet to receive any confirmation or correspondence from them.

The service received was good while it lasted but getting them to respond or react on any queries or communication is extremely poor (or should I say non-existent).

I would not recommend them to anyone I know, unless they can up their game and stay connected with their customers.
