Contra Consolidations Refuses to hand over my client's cargo after I have paid them in full.

Good day. I am a clering agent based in Johannesburg. I recently cleared cargo for a client who used her work address for delivery and her name as the contact person since she bought the goods on a personal capacity. Her supplier wrote the company details with the address but the contact person is my client who have paid for all expenses. She used her work address because she stays alone and there wouldn't be a receiver at her residence during delivery hours so she was expecting to receive her delivery at work during working hours...She then emailed contra consolidations to explain that the goods belong to her as per contact person and we received the necessary documentation to clear the goods and we also paid the shipping line as per their invoice and received the Delivery Order for collection. The issue started when he(contra consolidations employee)decided to refuse to release the goods to us because we used the company address. I then asked him to tell me how much we should pay for him to change the company address and he is refusing to change it because he wants to give it to the company addressed on the bill. The company has no proof of purchase whatsoever, they do not even know what's inside the cargo because they never purchased the goods but they claim that the cargo belongs to them because of the address used which is just to spite their worker who had already explained why she used the work address. The invoice clearly states who the consignee is since she bought the goods directly from the supplier. Contra consolidations employee is now refusing to take my calls but he has my proof of payment and I want my client's goods asap.
