Contra is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They overcharge customers without warning, have zero communication, and operate like they’re out to ***** your money. Everything about their representative, Norma, is unacceptable — extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

They only informed us two days ago that our shipment had arrived, when in fact it had been sitting there for 7 days. Now they are charging us daily storage fees for their own delay! This is outright dishonest and predatory behavior.

If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind, stay far away from Contra Logistics. This is not a company you can trust.
