Contour beds are horrible

We bought a double bed from a local dealer, after just over a year we submitted a claim that the mattress was not up to standard and we were put in contact with the manufacturer, CONTOUR BEDS. After a 2month long struggle, they agreed to replace the mattress in November 2020. We are now about 6 months further and the so called "new" mattress is even worse than what the previous one was.

I have made contact with the same person that I dealt with last year and she just said she will find out when someone can come out to inspect the mattress. It has now been a week and I have not heard from her again, when I phoned yesterday I got told that one of the managers will contact me, still waiting.

The bed has a 10year warranty, yet we now require the 3rd mattress within 2 years.

I will not advise anyone to buy a bed manufactured by CONTOUR BEDS.

After sales service is shocking, response time is shocking and they have endless stories to exchange their terrible quality beds.
