Con Artist: Renco Griesl

Continuum Personnel employed me on a 3 month contract from July 20219 - September 2019. More importantly this is a one man show, namely Renco Griesl, who is the founder and the only employee of this company that I am aware of. He deducted UIF and PAYE from the tiny salary he was paying me for those 3 months. When it came to declaring my tax in February 2020, I saw on e filing with SARS that although he had made these deductions from my tiny salary, he had not submitted them at all to SARS. I was unable to claim UIF after these months, during COVID and my contributions were not recorded by SARS at all. This man, and his one man operation claims to be able to manage payroll for other companies, and be more than just a recruiter. What he is, is a shark. Stay away from him and his company. I have tried to call him more than 10 times, I have whatsappeed him more than 10 times, I have sent him numerous messages on face book and on LinkedIn andd he refuses to answer for his ********** activities. I have consulted with a tax lawyer who has advised me that he has committed ***** towards SARS, and that my only recourse will be to report him to SARS, this I am sure will not be given much attention for R6k tax ***** unless anyone else comes forward. I would not trust this man, Renco Griesl, who actually is a musical actor trying to find his way in business, with any financial responsibility at all. If anyone doubts my statements contained herein, I can provide you with the salary slips he sent to me as well as the SARS E Filing documents confirming he did not ever file my PAYE contributions or my UIF contributions for the 3 months I was employed by him. Stay away from this con artist actor and please do not entrust him with YOUR employees contributions. I hope SARS sees this post.
