The cheek of this plumbing shop...

I few years ago I fully renovated our bathroom and bought the best, or so I thought. I noticed the other night that water was spewing out of the shower arm. It had pitted. So I went to this plumbing shop on Thursday and told the owner what had happened. She was rather abrupt and said remove it and bring it back. So yesterday morning my brother came, removed it and I took it back. The owner wasn't there, so told this punk and showed him. He catergoraty denied they ever sold this item and proceeded to open there catalogue saying this is what we sell. We've never sold that. I told him YOU actually sold it to me as my daughter was with me that day and she chose the shower rose. He refused point blank to assist me further as I could not produce a receipt. He looked at the shower arm and said it's inferior and rusting. I stormed out utterly livid. I was not looking for a freeby but simply saying THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN to stainless steel. I will not ever again support this shop. I then went to On Tap and received lovely service from Sammy. He offered me a good price and contractors discount as he could see I was upset. The arm that I purchased is of a far more superior quality.
