Poor/no service

I am disgusted at the attitude towards a customer and the manner in which my issue was dealt with. I took in a duvet set that was fading after only a few months and was immediately accused of bleaching it, and incorrect care. All i asked was it to be looked at, as my other duvet set is perfect. The blatant rudeness is unacceptable, and the manager refused to give me her name so that i could make a note of her details and a contact number in order to follow up on my query. She could no even tell me how long it would take to investigate the issue. I will never shop at your store again.
