More than 2 months to return and refund items

I am usually satisfied with their products and have ordered online in the past and products came quicker than expected. But my goodness returning items purchased online? They're a nightmare. I bought white curtains that were actually light grey and had to ask for them to be returned. It took them 6 weeks for them to collect the items and it's been a further 2 weeks and I have not heard a word about my refund or whether they have received the items or not. 2 months of waiting. Their policy says 7-10 days once they have received the returning parcel, they have not communicated receipt so I am still going to WAIT. This is despicable!!
