Horrible Customer Experience

What a horrible and so horrible customer service. I went to Southdown store 3 times in April and I entered the store found this loud lady, light in complexion at the door who was busy shouting and laughing out loud with this other short one, nobody bothered to assist me. I went in and got what I wanted and when it's time to pay there's no cashier, then the light complexion loud lady shouted whatever the name might be to come and help me pay.

I went again on the 2 May about two weeks back, I found the same horrible customer service, those ladies are always loud and I don't know if they are fighting or arguing or what but they were so loud and still don't attend customers. So what ****ed me worse was when I ask for a price of the rug and this dark lady with short hair just passed while signing along with the radio and I felt useless, unwanted.

I then left the store and I was told that there's a new store in Irene Mall and I went there and got a better and warm welcoming customer service. Even today I still feel like I'm worthless based on the horrible and stingy customer service I got there in Continental Linen Southdown.

I have been in Atterbury, Lifestyle and Irene but Southdown store its like a circus and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there where they will treat you like your money has no value.
