Bad Customer Service

I really regret ordering curtains at this stores. Firstly, the colour that they put online is not the same colour you receive when you receive your order. I ordered white curtains thinking I will receive the same colour(according to the description online) and I received something completely different.

Quality, I really thought it was the best.(How I wish I could upload the pictures) because WOW! What I received was absolutely NONSENSE honestly.

Than I was promised that collection has been arranged to collect the parcel on Friday, till today no feedback as to what happened to the collection that I was told about for Friday.

What a ****TY EXPERIENCE!!!
