Poor service

My name is Keegan I am very disappointed ? at the poor service I received.i purchased a thrust bearing that is faulty they do not want to replace or refund me I am no stranded as I use my vehicle for work and was told it can take up to two weekes for feedback from the part manufacturer .the lady Halima that I deal with on the phone is also not helpful and rude please guys do not make the same mistake I made.
