Terrible service ruined a magical experience

We received horrible service from Contessa brides. The dress arrived sat in customs for months and Martie made no effort to get it out. The dress never arrived in time for the wedding. Martie was unapologetic and dismissive. Her attitude is offensive. To make it worst she gave us a over-sized, sample dress at the last minute so we would have something to wear and then charged us full price (it was effectively a second hand dress). She is meant to make bride's dreams come true, but instead she created a nightmare. Disappointing. Do NOT order from her.
