Disgusting Attitude

So it is the day for your sister to get to do her first ever bridal dress fitting. Find the perfect one. You want that whole experience of trying it on the oohs and aahs and the tears of joy. Well we never even set foot in the door of Contessa Brides. Martie the owner decided that since my sister didn't reply to her confirmation message, that she was going to go home. The problem is my sister didn't get the confirmation, but has all the emails to prove her confirmation of the appointment. And is it not logical to maybe pick up the phone and see why my sister didn't reply to the message and check if maybe she didn't get it? I mean you are running a business after all. After calling her there was no apology what so ever and we were given the impression that Martie decided this was all our fault. While we were there 2 other girls joined us, but Martie wasn't willing to leave home to see paying customers. My sister took a whole days leave for this day. she curled her hair and everything because it was meant to be special. I am so disappointed in this lady and so upset with how she made my sisters day turn out. Don't go there unless you want to be disappointed.
