What a mess!

So after paying a deposit for 3 headboards on 24 Oct, I received a call on 13 Nov saying that my order is ready and that I need to make final payment in order for them to deliver. Four promised delivery dates later, I received the headboards on 4 Dec. None of the headboards had been made to the colour and material specifications we had selected and one out of the 3 had been made in the wrong size!!! The owner kept giving me the runaround and excuse upon excuse. I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase.
