Stories after stories after stories. Friendly staff, terrible service, 0/10

I would give 0 stars if I could. They make endless promises and never come through. They initially told me my couch will be ready in 21 days. 18 days in, I go there to check on the couch and the guy there assures me that i have to wait a full 21 days (3 more days) and he guarantees that the couch will be ready. I come on the 22nd day, he tells me that they have just completed with the couches frame, I should give them a week. I come back in 2 weeks and thats where the stories started. Loadshedding, we're almost fininshed, our delivery van is broken, the outsourced delivery guys are unavailable or running late....... Long story short, I had keep checking in with them for 2 whole months. When i decided that I had had enough, I went to ask for a refund of my deposit. I met one of their managers and he gave me a small discount and guaranteed that the couch will be delivered the following day. The couch came, but it was a much worse quality than I had expected. Paid 8000 for it and sold it for R3000 the same day..... Terrible business
