POOR SERVICE LEVELS

Prices were good for lounge suites but after service is pathetic!!!. Paid a deposit in July and never heard from them until I had to query how far my order was. as I was promised that it would be done in 6 weeks.The owners of the business never come back to you . Marco and Bradley - you never get hold of them , they never return your calls or reply to your messages. Their own staff don't know what to say because they are embarrassed and tired of making excuses for their bosses. I have been querying for over 2 months just to get pictures of the lounge suite before making final payment but get no assistance at all. Really disappointing and will not recommend Contemporary Living or Custom Couches to anyone... poor pathetic service levels and very disappointing.
