No couch, no refund, disgusting service

I have never had more shocking service in my life. I ordered a couch and paid a 50% deposit. After three unmet promises to deliver and countless attempts to get hold of someone to assist, I eventually went to the store to find someone to help. I was offered a refund if I cancelled my order. I cancelled my order and have now been refused a refund. The new owner phoned me this morning. He would not let me tell him what had happened but continued to shout at me over the phone until I had no choice but to end the call. No couch, no refund.
