Horrible customer service!!!!!

Ordered couches. Paid the deposit. Indicated 2 weeks for couches to be ready. Were to self collect. Factory phoned after I had to follow up. Factory indicated that couches will be ready on 1 November 2020 and that the couches will be at the shop. Drove all the way from Rustenburg to collect just to be informed by the very unhelpful staff that our couches are not at the shop and the factory is closed. Their answer was that we should come through on another day to collect hoping that the couches will be at the shop. Phoned the owner who dropped the phone down in my ear without even having me state the reason why I am phoning as he is busy. Requested cancellation of the order and a refund. The staff at the shop are unable to indicate how the refund process works or when the refund will be processed. Customer service is horrible and will I most definitely not suggest that this shop is ever used.
