Very bad service and rude employees

I visited your Secunda branch in the mall on Wednesday and was highly disgusted about the way I was spoken to and treated because of a top I wanted to buy that was marked down incorrectly. I was in the queue when the lady in front of me bought a top for R140. I really liked the top and went to the rails and took one for myself. When I returned your manageress spoke to me very rudely and told me that I was a cheat because I heard them say that the top was marked down incorrectly. I insisted that I buy the top for the price marked on the label and the manageress raised her voice and called me a cheat more than once. I could hear the 3 employees of your store talk in their language and I could make out most of it. This is totally unacceptable and I have NEVER been more humiliated in a store before. Customer service is suppose to be your top priority, but sadly you just lost a regular customer because of poor service delivery. I have complained on your facebook page, sent a message to your head office without ANY feedback.
