Terrible service at Contempo, The Grove

I bought underwear for R400 in a sealed Jockey box from Contempo on Saturday. The tag said L, but when I got home I noticed on the box it is actually small and obviously won't fit. They have never been worn. When I asked to return it for the correct size, I was told that underwear can't be exchanged. While I understand the need for such a policy the box was sealed and all underwear intact. I had a swimwear issue last year at Woolworths with incorrect sizing and they returned it with a friendly attitude and no hassles. Here the ladies were rather rude and treated me like I was trying to be underhanded. I will never support Contempo the Grove again and will discourage anyone from shopping there. Clearly, customer service is not a priority for this store.
