Paid but still being haunted

I have been to the shop at Baywest on the 29th of October to pay my account and was told that they were offline and could not process my payment. I then went back on the 11th and was told the same thing BUT this time the cashier processed payment. I have a receipt *** but are still being haunted by RCS for payment. The consultant even gave me a lecture on paying my account on time. Now, let me make this very clear: if you dare list me a late payer on ITC all hell will brake loose!!!I am not responsible for your incompetence.
