Online email for Contempo..No response

Bought a beautiful dress for summer ...end of August. Turned out that zip was faulty. I never wore the dress because of the fluctuations in our weather over last 3 months only to find out zip was faulty. So I sent an email on the online website to ask how CONTEMPO can assist me. This was 15 Oct. Today is 6 November. Online messaging not working.
