I used to Love shopping at Contempo, however they are ******* - charging me interest on a zero balance - so I now have to pay 109. to close my account.

This is because I have not used my account - when I call them they say it is part of the T&C. Well I have had a zero balance before and was not charged.

Queenspark are part of the same group - I could not close my account there because I had a R6 balance. No interest was charged - they eventually closed the account because I never used it. How is this right to charge so much on a zero balance - ridiculous
