DYSFUNCTIONAL ADMINISTRATION

I have tried unsuccessfully to re-open my account at CONTEMPO STORES. I have filled in AND EMAILED required documentation. I have now received two sms's to say that my request is cancelled due to my failing to send relevant documentation!

It seems that the communication and admin work between the Mimosa Mall branch and their Head Office is dysfunctional, and so far I have had no success. Not a single landline number is actually correct and their online store gives no email address at all. The customer care line keeps you waiting indefinitely and eventually you just have to put the phone down.

I don't know whether I am the privileged one, to get an account opened here, or whether I must feel GRATEFUL that they will bow to give ME an account.

Well Contempo, if this is the best you can do then GOOD LUCK because you have just turned away a client that could have proved to be a winner.
