Contempo RCS not closing my account and updating my details with credit bureaus after promising me more than a year ago

On 23 May 2019, I submitted a complaint about a paid up account with Contempo, RCS that was not closed despite having requested the closing of the account at their Fourways Mall Branch. More than a year later the account is still not closed despite RCS promising me that they have escalated and resolved the matter. The account shows that I owe RCS R74 despite having requested the closure and paid up letter in March 2019. This is messing up my credit record big time.
