CONTEMPO RCS card NO GO !!!

Seems to me there is a battle going on between Contempo and RCS, Contempo try their best to gain customers while RCS cant chase them away fast enough!!! Trying to shop with the newly acquired CONTEMPO-RCS card has been nothing but a nightmare!!! While the store staff have given and tried their utmost to assist, between customer support and RCS there is been nothing but frustration and ZERO ASSISTANCE in resolving the issue whereby my purchase was DECLINED in store but CONFIRMED by a TEXT MESSAGE to my cellphone ???? Been FIVE DAYS and NO LUCK
