Contempo / RCS call centre

They cannot confirm if you've paid an amount on a certain day. Their information on the system is incorrect and now I have to make a plan to get an ID with 3 signatures to them!! It's ridiculous, if their consultants cannot do their work and enter the correct details, it's NOT my problem.
