Contempo not updating my paid up status with credit bureaus

I paid and closed my account with Contempo last year. The account is still showing as active on my credit profile with missed payments for January 2020 and March 2020 despite no money owned on the account. Contempo hasn’t bothered to update my account details. This is unacceptable. Kindly send me the paid up letter so that I can update my details with the relevant credit bureau.
