Contempo is a useless card

I was shopping at PnP clothing. When they tried to call and phone and verify my card. What a horrific experience. Fisttly i only received 1 of 3 OTP codes on Sunday 19/3/203 @ 10:00. RCS Customer Service - OTP authentication code: 4814. The line was extremely poor as always. They advertise we can use this card at other stores but this always happened The lady answered my call refuses me to buy at this store although i have had this store card for move than 5 years. I have been embarrassed and disgusted. The line is not clear. Why should I pay for this card if I cannot use it at stores. . I now get told my the supervisor Tankama i must get a new card. I don't know what the process is. No apologies no explanation.Awful service,
