CLOTHING QUALITY

<p>I was in the store yesterday regarding a top which I bought about 3 weeks ago. I wore it once and when I wanted to wear it Tuesday, I saw the whole seam from under my arm to the bottom on the one side came out during the wash. Although I do not have my slip anymore as I had to forward it to SARS for our VAT, I explained to Nomsa Sibuy. She spoke to Jacques de Villiers over the phone, as she refuse to exchange the top for me for something else. She told me that I was not suppose to wash the top in the washing machine - REALLY...!!! If this is the quality of a dress or top at Contemo that it could not stand ONE WASH, this is ridiculous. She told me to search for the slip, and then they will decide whether they will motivate the possibility of exchange the top. I am sorry. Not excepted!!! I did not ask for refund, only exchange because it was clearly a faulty or otherwise then, bad quality and not worth spent R299 on it. I need someone urgently to call me regarding this query otherwise I will put the query ons social media for all to see and contact Hello Peter in order to resolve. NOT ACCEPTABLE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS!! I am a regular customer of Contemp, buying every month all my work clothes there, and just to be treated as nothing!!
