Clear my Credit Bureau ASAP

I have discovered that I have a ********** account that was opened without my knowledge or consent and I have submitted the Affidavit and a copy document of my ID document as advised on one the numerous harassing phone call from the their debt collectors. But now Contempo is silent no feedback and the account has not been cleared from my credit profile as a bad debt which reflects bad on me. I want to be cleared on the Credit Bureau. I don’t this ********** to appear on my credit profile as a bad debt.
