Bad attitude, refuse to refund

When I returned some clothing I was told no refunds after 10 days. There was no sign anywhere to warn customers of this. Apparently it is printed on the back of their till slips but I bought the items on a day when they were off line so I only had a hand written receipt. The manager happened to be in the store and even though it wasn't my fault he flatly refused to refund me under any circumstances.
