Again problem with contempo to pay my account

Again had a problem to pay my account. Went into the store with my contempo card. Call centre can't explain why the card is blocked. I did not want to buy but pay.

They told me I am must go to game to pay my contempo card. I was in the contempo store why can't I pay in the store

This is ridiculous
