container sales ********

they are ********. they quoted me the best price on a ****a shop container so i paid and then when it comes to the delivery then they ask for a 13499 short term insurance which is 95% refundable. when i asked for a refund as i dont have another 13500 (which nothing was comunicated to me about in the first place) now they saying the transport const of 3000 wont be refunded as the transporter has alread gone to collect my container. and it will take 21 days to refund me. why? just do an eft back to my account. what is so difficult about that. i then phoned another company that also sent me a quote and asked them about this so called insurance, they said it is a load of hogwash as there is no such thing. so please dont buy any containers from james lombard ( who sounds nigerian) as you will loose your money like i have.
