Paid for 40ft (6M) Shipping Container to "Containers for All" they neither delivered the container nor refunded me

I was look for a storage container to store my goods and came across Containers For All (CIPC details: K***) PHYSICAL ADDRESS: 53 DAGBREEK STREET SYBRAND PARK CAPE TOWN WESTERN CAPE 7700 according to CIPC web series]arch. I placed and paid for a 40ft storage container the sum of R24,750.00 the day that they promised to deliver in. three days they called and said there was an accident that delayed the delivery, I inquired whether the accident involved the truck transporting the container or what but no response. the next day, I recieved an email from a company Power Maritime logistics requesting that I pay R8,600 for insurance before they deliver the container and they claimed that was refundable. I immediately told them that I can't and that I will call Containers for all to cancel the deal. When I called containers for all, they agreed that the deal was cancelled and the money will be refunded. Since then they don't take my calls or respond to emails. The bank account for the company is registered with African Bank, when I checked with a branch of African Bank they indicated that they don't do business accounts. The name of the Account opened with African Bank is for Containers for All" Yet African Bank is not supposed to open business accounts. Secondly I asked my bank standard Bank to do a reversal of the eft, and standard bank told me that they need permission from client of another bank to do and the permission has not been granted. According to the CIPC website the director of the Company is Hajiera Isaacs . the sales person who invoice me is called Sales Manager , Containers 4 All James Rupo *** *** *** www.containers4all.co.za 23 Boom Rd, Philippi, Cape Town, 7781 No.2, New Pier, 31 Breede Rd, Bayhead, Durban, 400. Now James has not returned multiple calls and emails. I hope I get all my money back. I am also now going to open a ***** case with SAPS, if any one can relate to containers for all or assist me get my money, that would be appreciated
