Worst service ever!

I ordered and paid for a 9m shipping container to be delivered to my farm in Klapmuts. Everything was organized for delivery on 10 September 2021 between 13:00 and 15:00. However since Friday morning my office has been unable to contact anyone at this company via any of their phone numbers or email. This is very unprofessional! I am starting to think that this is perhaps a **** and maybe I wasted R28 750.00! it is now 14 September 2021 and still no response.
