Contact Lenses Online; suspected **** site (*******)

I ordered and paid for my contact lenses over a week ago and even received an email with an invoice but other than an email address (which I have emailed several times and received no response) there are no other contact or company details. I am concerned that it is a **** and I have been ******! Who do we report this website to to get it shut down?
