Ive had many encounters with the contact lens club in the past and always dealt with uninterested agents. I was so frustrated because I had an issue with my order and my complaint finally got escalated to the customer service manager. On my first interaction with the manager my mood and spirit was immediately lifted and I felt so much at ease having to have had the opportunity to deal with your customer service manager, Anastasia.
