Very disappointed with the service

I placed an order on the 17th of this month, I still haven't received my order. I've called numerous times making arrangements and begging for my lenses to be delivered from my graduation day which was on the 27th of this month, fast forward, I never received them and had to go to the graduation ceremony with trials on. I'm still waiting for my order, no communication from their side, nothing!
