Utterly disappointed

If only there was a zero star rating. I replaced an order on 19 January, paid through medical aid. I waited for about 10 day, nothing was delivered and there was no communication from their side. I contacted them via email, they responded that they received a partial order from their supplier. I asked them to cancel the ones they did not receive (colored contacts) as I urgently need the prescription lenses. They agreed and said they'd do a part refund. Almost a month after my oreder was placed, I haven't received my lenses or an explanation as to what's happening. I called and I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, till I gave up. This is not my first order with them but it is the first time that I have been mistreated as such. I doubt I'll ever use them again.
