The best service manager ever

This could have easily been a 1 star review after I spoken to a very unfriendly person last week with zero customer service etiquette I wish I got the name to post it here cuz clearly that person almost spoilt your hole image. Nevertheless my review is not about that, I'm writing here to come and say Thank you to the lovely lady who assisted me today. I almost lost hope in even ordering but dealing with her was so effortless and professional to the tee she assisted all the through from verifying my script to assisting with the ordering process to actually getting the order placed successfully coz I had so many challenges and not once did I feel like I'm a nuisance. I then called back to ask to speak to the manager coz I wanted to compliment Anastasia and gues what she is the manager and that to me was such a greatful moment coz thousand times yes yes yes she 1000% deserve to be the manager.
