Terrible service

I ordered lenses on 18 January. When by 28 January I hadn’t received them, I emailed to query. I advised that I needed them within 2 days as by now, my daughter was about to run out. I wrote them several emails and It took them two days to respond to each one. All they ever said was that they would get back to me.

I cancelled my order and I’m waiting for a refund and I shall never use them again.
