Stay clear of the Contact lens club
Good day,
My wife ordered contact lenses from this company after paying them and receving a order number. Nothing happened. She then called them and the lady appoligized and said that she will courier the lenses the same day. Another two days has passed and nothing.
I tried to reach out to them via their online live chat platform which is not working still waiting for them to reply. When dialing the telephone number the voice pormpt ansswers and thats it that. I have been holding for more than two hours and nothing just keeps on repeating the message.
I will advice everybody to stay clear from them. Rather pay the extra money at another vendor and be sure to get you goods.

08 Aug 2022, 11:33Good day the order number is: CLC622974 We ahave been recieving promises and apoligies sinces the 3rd of August. These pormises were empty commitments. We spent days at home waiting for the delvery at specsavers which never came. This morning we recieved a waybill number at 8:50am. After phoning the courier company they said they will be deliviering our order somtime on Wenessday.
