Shocking service

Their communication is very lack and service too. When you contact the to find out where my order is, you are responded too in a rude way. I don't know why simple contact lenses take so long when other online businesses can deliver a large TV to a rural part of South Africa in 3 days. I won't be using them again, I'm glad I didn't subscribe
