Price and customer friendly

I placed my order for contact lenses on the app on a Tuesday and received my parcel the following Monday. When I placed my order I was not sure what the ETA would be. I sent them an email and received a fast and friendly reply with a link to track my order. When i received my parcel it had a handwritten note saying "thank you for your support" which I thought to be very sweet. Price and customer friendly.
