Poor service

Absolute poor customer service. I ordered on the 19th of December and almost a month later nobody answered. I made inquiries 3 times and when I call them, the answering service keeps telling me that all operators are busy and then your line gets disconnected. I would rather pay more and order from a reliable supplier.
