POOR SERVICE

Very poor service - This is the 4th week since I ordered for my contact lenses. There has been no regular updates , except when I contact them , and only to be told about suppliers. I was previously told that my case was escalated and again told today that it is now escalated to the CRM. I am beginning to suspect that this company is going under , and I may not be getting my contact lenses or a refund
