Non-delivery of Order

In December 2020, I ordered a pair of contact lenses. Only one set was delivered as they were awaiting stock of the other set. Since February 2021, I have been emailing, calling and using the chat facility to follow up on the second pair, but I have had no response to date. This is my first and and will be my last order with this company. I will stick to eyesupply going forward.
